Jimmy
Webb
"One
can not write songs like 'MacArthur Park' every day. I have no
control over what comes. I rise in the morning and the compositions
flow out. What you do is valid, if you feel that it means something
to yourself. It has always been a draw between my radical and
conservative points of view - I am either being called a Las Vegas
songwriter or someone who contributed to start the Vietnam war."
